TERMS OF SERVICE

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER:To submit a commission inquiry, please fill out my commission form.Please provide me all details, information, references, and overall visuals, of how your art commission should look like.I will draw a sketch and provide it to you, if you think they need any changes, I will correct them until you're happy with it, once you confirm it, I'll add lineart and color.NOTE, I WILL NOT DO:❥ Mecha
❥ GorePAYMENTThe payment for the commission must be made within 3 days after the commission inquiry is confirmed and accepted, unless agreed otherwise.Please do not make an inquiry if you are unable to proceed with the payment.All payments must be finalized (100% of the payment) before I start the commission - I will only begin working on the sketch once I receive and confirm the payment.The only currency accepted is USD.Payments are processed through PayPal invoices.REVISIONS & DELIVERY:Delivery time depends on what you want to order, and all comissioned work will be delivered through email (it could be Google drive).I will show you updates of the artwork and we can discuss any changes that may occur through these social media: Twitter, Instagram or Discord.COPYRIGHTS AND GENERAL USAGE:Artist Signature:The artwork will include my signature, that you are not allowed to remove. (except for the stream assets, those will not have the artist signature).As the artist, I have the right to:Retain all copyrights of the comissioned artwork.(All artworks are strictly for personal uses only, commercial pieces will have additional charges).I have all rights to post the artwork and include it in my portfolio (if you don't want me to post it, please inform me before hand).I have the right to cancel a commission If I can't complete it (for personal reasons), and offer a refund.The buyer is allowed to:Use the artwork for personal use.Use the artwork to promote themselves on social media.Print the artwork for personal use. (as long as they're not making any profit of the work).The buyer is not allowed to:Reproduce / use the copyrighted artwork commercially (make profit out of the artwork, without paying the commercial fee).Claim the artwork as their own.Remove my signature from the artwork.COMMERCIAL USAGE:In order to reproduce/use the artwork to make profit out of it, you have to pay a commercial use fee, that depends on the package or artwork you choose.A commercial fee generally cost from 50% to 100% - 300% of the price of the comissioned work, and also depends on the scale of the commercial purpose.Streaming usage doesn't need to pay for commercial use.Examples of commercial use that the fee must be paid: Promotional usage for a company, Printing the work on a physical object and selling the product (stickers, t-shirts, cases, cups, etc..). Digital assets (selling the emote package on an online shop, selling the overlays, etc..), etc...CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY:I do not accept refunds, a cancellation of a commission will not be accepted if the payment has already been made.If you file a chargeback agaisnt me, you will not be able to comission me again (you will be in a blacklist), Your name will also be made public as a warning to other artist in the community.Given a 1 month period have passed since the start of the comission and it hasn't been completed yet, the buyer can claim a full or a partial refund, per the agreement that we'll come to. If I had already provided the sketch, only a partial refund could be claim.No refunds can be claim after the final work is delivered._{ANY BREACH OF MY TERMS OR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT WILL RESULT IN THE COMMISSIONER'S LOSS OF ALL RIGHTS TO THE COMMISSIONED ARTWORK AND THEY WILL BE BLACKLISTED.
IF THE RIGHTS TO THE WORK ARE RETRACTED FROM THE BUYER, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESELL AND FURTHER PROFIT OFF OF THE WORK HOWEVER I WANT TO.}
